The on-site inspection will last roughly one hour, with a report delivered in four to five days on average. You need not be present for the inspection, and usually Buck will not need to access the interior of the home.

- Unlock access panels and make sure the perimeter and crawlspace of the manufactured home are accessible.
- Keep dogs away from inspection areas.
